Upgraded to Apple one from just Apple TV+, now Apple TV+ keeps saying i need to

Decided to upgrade to get the Apple one subscription for £5/month instead of just getting the free Apple TV+, however when i switched over, I’ve now lost access to Apple TV+ and it keeps saying that i need to renew. I have checked my subscriptions and it does say that the Apple one is active. I have access to everything else, arcade music and the 50gb iCloud.

If the steps above haven't worked for you either, and the Apple One subscription is showing as being subscribed through EE, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call for them to help with this further.

Welcome to the community.

If you go into Settings on your iPhone and select the Apple Account (the section at the top with your name), then subscriptions, does it show Apple One there as being subscribed through EE?

Yes, showing that Apple one is subscribed though EE

Can you try to go to this Apple TV activation link and see if that will connect up for you?

Attempted the link and it comes up with cannot connect

If you haven't already, can you try the link on both WiFi and mobile data?

If that still doesn't work, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can check your account to make sure it is set up as it should be and look into it further.

I turned WIFI off and went through mobile data and it seems to have done it, thank you for your help!
