I spoke to someone at EE customer services a few weeks ago when I went to upgrade my current iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB to the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512gb with the full works data plan.
My wife is a nurse and got me an NHS code from the EE Perks website.
When I tried it a few weeks ago the monthly cost was reduced because there was a deal on with that data plan. The customer service agent said the NHS code wouldn’t work with that when there’s a deal on, so TRY BACK IN A FEW WEEKS WHEN THE MONTHLY COST IS BACK TO £112.
So I waited and now it is back to £112 a month. However when I try to add the promo code, it says the same thing.
can someone please help me out? I want to upgrade and I’m happy to select the Full Works plan for the £112 a month and use the 20% NHS perks code to make it go down to £89.60 (roughly)

Unfortunately Perk Discount can not be used on Tariffs with an Annual Upgrade/Upgrade Anytime benefit. This will include a Full Works plan on a 24-month term with one combined price, as these types of plans maintain the Upgrade Anytime benefit.

Have you tried a different code in case the one you have has expired.
If it still doesn't work it must be discounted still.

Yeah, the code says it’s valid until up to 2027!
I spoke to an advisor on the EE Chat but they told me to call 150 as there’s nothing they can do.
