Old sim new phone

I have just put my sim I’ve always had from my iPhone 13 into my iPhone 16 and I cannot make calls? I have WiFi calling on. It just says failed. But on my WiFi I can text and use WhatsApp’s. Can anyone help? 

Order tracking not working

iphone 13 set up update stuck

i have a new iphone 13, wish to transfer my information from an se. but it is stuck on software update, now my old se is stating no sim, so unable to call ee for advise. my se is saying keep this iphone near the new iphone?
