Terrible I phone 11, it drops calls all the time, and EE do not seem able to fix

My phone is dropping many calls daily and when I call the technician or they call me, I loose the call, they do not call back and a year on, the fault persists with this phone. Any suggestions. Many callers can not even get a call to my phone either?
