iPhone 14 Pro Max and sim

Hi All

I havE upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max to 14 Pro Max. With the 12 I used an eSim, does the 14 come with an eSim QR code? Does it have a physical sim?

@Stretchlong , you can either connect with an ESim or physical sim. If you click here and then scroll down, you will see how to transfer your esim to the new phone:

@Stretchlong  With both devices on iOS 16 you can Bluetooth the eSim from the 12 to the 14.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
