Iphone Keypad not working

When I call voicemail or 150 the key pad on my iPhone 14 isn't being recognised by the system - so I'm unable to choose any options. Is there a fix for this? I've tried restarting my phone.

Resolved! Sim Card for I phone and I Pad

I have just upgraded to a I phone 14, which has a lot of data, can I use or get another sim (same contract) to use in a cellular I pad so I am not paying for 2nr contracts?Thank You
