Hi
Would Anyone be able to give me some pointers please? iPhone 13 Pro bought reconditioned about a year ago dealt me the white screen of death a few days ago. Despite valiant attempts it couldn’t be reset, so I’ve bought another reconditioned phone, a 14 this time. Here’s where it gets tricky… the 13 is simless and because of the white screen I can’t get the data to transfer. Because of the outage I obviously can’t get anyone in EE to help.
Anyone any ideas how to get round this?

Do you mean your old phone had an ESim or did it have a physical SIM card?

Sorry, that was a bit vague, the old phone had an eSIM

@JannieMac , if you go to your EE App, click on the icon top right, click on it and then scroll down to device and settings, scroll down to replace Sim/eSim you should be able to get one there, or go to an EE store with photo ID you should be able to do it there.
