Right guys, I initially ordered an orange 17 pro max 256gb on the 16th last month just to be delivered an empty box last Thursday with tampered seals…

had a rough couple of days with EE going back and fourth after they initially rejected my claim for whatever reason BUT they finally reordered me another one today. 

have the orders been going steady? Or am I meant to wait another month for my order? Which I really would want to avoid especially after what I’ve been through..

Well I ordered on the 18th sept and they told me last week it’s another 1-3 weeks as they haven’t fulfilled 12th yet…

My 28 days will be next week, been and spoke to EE and they’ve said it should be with me within the 28 days from when I ordered, have my fingers crossed but I know it’s less likely gonna be in the right time frame we got told, just a waiting game now

Silver 256 PM on EE Website has changed from Usually dispatched in more than 28 days to Usually dispatched within 28 days. Let’s hope this is true.

When I ordered (1st October, PM DB 1TB) it said expect dispatch within 7 days 😂

Exactly why I put let’s hope this is true…because I can’t see it. Absolutely appalling communication from EE as always. It’s getting ridiculous now though that people are having to wait over a month for their new phone but EE take your money on the day of order.

Absolute wind up. My partner ordered 3rd October, cosmic orange pro max 256gb and he got his phone on the 9th. I have been waiting since the 15th September. Still no update on my order. !! Silver pro max 256gb

I ordered from EE the same day as you, had enough of waiting as it's literally been a month and they don't have a clue what is going on so I ordered from Apple themselves and picked it up on Sunday, the same model 17 pro max in silver 256GB.
