Exactly why I put let’s hope this is true…because I can’t see it. Absolutely appalling communication from EE as always. It’s getting ridiculous now though that people are having to wait over a month for their new phone but EE take your money on the day of order.

Absolute wind up. My partner ordered 3rd October, cosmic orange pro max 256gb and he got his phone on the 9th. I have been waiting since the 15th September. Still no update on my order. !! Silver pro max 256gb

I ordered from EE the same day as you, had enough of waiting as it's literally been a month and they don't have a clue what is going on so I ordered from Apple themselves and picked it up on Sunday, the same model 17 pro max in silver 256GB.

my order from 15th for the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb is not in sales order which means there allocating stock some have just arrived. Been advised I should get a text by today. Fingers crossed one is allocated.

Yes please! I ordered on 19th, so hopefully by the end of this week. It seems like there’s a delay on all but even more on the Silver!

PM orange 512gb ordered 29th Sept (I know I’m towards back of queue)

Spoken to a Guide today who has said I should receive it in 5-6 days

This was after the canned response of first come first serve etc.

Fingers crossed they have some stock this week
