I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb on 6th October I know I’m not going to get it any time soon as there’s people that ordered it before me and still haven’t got it. But when I try track it online it says my order ref is invalid any reason for this? Also is there any expected update at all as to when it’ll come? Like this month next month December ?

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

The model you've ordered is showing that dispatch would be more than 28 days for any orders placed from 13th September. We're not able to give any more information as to when it is likely to be as we simply don't have that.

In terms of the order number, if you are trying to use one starting xko, that wouldn't work as it is just the online order number before the order is then processed.

If you don't have any other number, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can check the order for you to firstly make sure it was successful, secondly get the order number so you can track it.
