iPhone aorder

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro on Thursday 9th October and on Friday 10th October it had been dispatched but still no message from DPD to say they have it or it is out for delivery is there anything to find out if they have it?

Welcome to the community,

If you look at the tracking order, you will see where it says dispatched, above it is an X, which means it has not been dispatched.

Others before you are also waiting to receive their orders, which are done on a first come first serve basis.

From what I have read, there is a 28 days delay on delivery, due to the popularity of these new devices and Apple not sending enough of them out.

Welcome to the community.

As @Schockwave mentioned, the Dispatched section has an X above it, which means your order hasn’t been sent out yet.

For iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver orders placed from 6th October 2025, dispatch is expected within 14 days of the order date.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend downloading the DPD app. Once stock is allocated to your order, you'll start seeing tracking updates there.
