I have a feeling if you live outside major cities, specifically London, you'll get your iPhone quicker. There's just no way someone can order as late as the 26th and get it less than a week later, when there's people that ordered before and are still waiting.

Welcome to the community,

We have no account access here in this public forum, orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis, and there are others waiting for their devices who ordered before you receive yours. 

There are plenty of threads about this, it could take up to 28 days, but should be sooner, depending how many Apple have sent out and how many have ordered the same one, as these devices are new models and very popular.

Butt just in case one of the community staff see this, what colour and storage size did you order? They may be able to see whether there is stock or not.

Hi,

I ordered on the 18th/19th and have just received mine today. Once it reached the EE warehouse I got a new notification and then it was delivered the next day via DPD.

When I contact support they were able to tell me that it had arrived at the warehouse before I got a order update from them via the tracking page.
