I ordered my iPhone on the 20-09-205 and have already paid a bill yet haven’t received my phone or sim yet

If this doesn't answer your question then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You should also download the DPD app.

I agree! An absolute joke of a service I’ve been waiting 3 weeks when originally I was told 5 days. I’ve called it and left EE **bleep** company, move to VODA they’re giving same day dispatch forget EE

Every network is the in the same boat, supply isn't there to meet the demand, this is an Apple issue and not the networks. Most are quoting 3 to 4 weeks for delivery on certain models.
