Smartwatch Data

Hi, I’ve just joined EE from O2, I have gone for the All included iPhone contract which is meant to include smartwatch data. How do I set this up as when I try to connect through my watch it says I’m not eligible to upgrade, but I don’t want to, I just want to use my contract?

@frickerkaty  You set this up via the watch app.  But as you’ve just joined EE you might not be able to take this out just yet.   While the watch data is included with the phone tariff you are still credit checker as it’s an additional line on your account even though you’re not charged.  Crazy I know.    You need to at least pay 1 monthly payment of your airtime tariff before you can set this up.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This should give you all the details you need on how to set this up via the Watch app. 

As it mentions in there, you'll see a £7 charge mentioned when you set it up, but a 100% discount will be applied to counter this.
