I have had Apple Music for a while now. But it's has now signed me out saying I need to sign up again? When I do it says I cannot use my phone number? I have Apple Music as free add on. I've contacted Apple but they are saying i would need to sign in with an email. But it's asking for a phone number. So what am I supposed to do?

@Youngie79 Are you using a iPhone ? If you are are you not logged in to your Apple account on that device?
Your number is already registered against an Apple account so you can not create a new account with that number

@Youngie79 What does it say on your EE account under add ons ? Post a picture of this add on.

Have you tried requesting a password reset using the email address that is registered to your EE account? If Apple Music is a free add-on through EE they may have set it up using the email address they hold for you, I may be wrong but I don't think you can set up an Apple ID with just a phone number?
