I have been sent out a replacement iPhone 14 pro max as mine was broken. It wont switch on its been on charge for hours I've also tried doing the reboot that was mentioned on here but nothing is working.

Hi @kayleejrt Does a charging light or symbol appear on your phone when you plug it into your charger?
Have you tried using a different charger?

nothing comes up and yes i have.

If you have tried another charger and socket and still experiencing this, I'd recommend getting in touch so our insurance team can investigate this further.
