Upgrade

Ive just come out of contract and it's not letting me upgrade and ive called them and they said they have put a block on my account but wont tell me why need help

This is a public internet-forum with no access to individual customer accounts. If "they", presuming EE-CS, have advised there is a problem with you upgrading, it is upto them to explain why. If they can't, I'd recommend you ask the agent to escalate the issue to someone else who can.
