I was in Manchester city centre at 2 Am on june 22 when i lost my phone somewhere tried to know where it was thought to be lost. I was using EE number on other device and put a claim as it was insured. Insurance company revoked my insurance and rejected my claim for no reason. I filed a review and had been waiting for it to be decided since 6 weeks. Very bad behaviour by the company as it claims number 1 since last 12 years.
Very disappointed by the insurance company as well.
I want to be given a device.

I'm sorry to hear that your phone was lost, and that you had this problem with the claim.
My best advice is to either call our Customer Support team to try and get an update on the review, or raise a complaint through the EE website.
Hopefully, either way, you get an answer soon.
