Hi!

Today I lost my phone and I called EE helpline they blocked my device and they transferred my call to EE insurance company. They took all information and after that he just say you need to wait for a mail. They didn't give any complaint or claim number. 

I am so confused 😕 what should I do?

And how many days it will take to all of procedure?

Please anyone guide me.

@Ejaz11  You’re claim has to be processed and if you look at you’re insurance documents you’ll see this under written by Chubb so it’s Chubb who have to process the claim.  EE can not give you an exact time frame for this.   But if you read the document it does state a refurbished  replacement device within 24h so if it goes past this you need to call EE about it.
