I’ve lost my pin for my sim and cannot seem to make any calls or receive any messages. It states I need my Puk number and should call 150 but it stops me from doing that too. What do I do to get the Puk number?

Resolved! My data isn’t working

I bought 20Gb for 10 pound on Thursday night I hadn’t used it until Friday but when I clicked on the data nothing worked I tried to reset everything and it still won’t work I don’t know why but I’m very disappointed
