Hi I have been trying for ages to get through to EE to get an eSIM. I have waited for nearly 40 minutes one of the times. It’s shocking that I can’t actually get through to an EE agent. Can someone please help me out?

iPhone 15 not charging

I set up my iPhone 15 today and all was fine. It charged to 75% and then didn’t go any higher. It’s now on 46% and the phone will not charge. Brand new cable obviously so it can’t be a fault there (I hope!).
