Ordered on the 15th then had a message saying I needed to contact thenm as they need further information.
Called on the Monday 18th and after an hour they answered and kept me on the line for 30 mins to say their system was down and call back in 4 hoours.
Called back and they said their flex pay wasn't working but I could change to another finance option. All texts to setup was done andd I agreed a delivery date for Friday 22nd which I took a day of work for. Waited in all day and no delivery. Called and was told they can see my order but no tracking info and to call back at 6.30pm. Called back at 6.30pm to be told the delivery will be with me today (Saturday).
Still no delivery or delivery information from DPD.
EE what a joke, Oversell a product, lack of communication on when or if it will arrive. Webite isn't working showing no orders.
