Hello I would like to trade in my iPhone 14 pro max for the iPhone 15 plus but when I trade in my phone ain’t on there

@Sammy-JoKeenan Just to point out you also have to have a more costly tariff than you currently have now to upgrade early. If your happy with that and you’re having issues finding your device to trade in then just call customer services and they’ll help you with this
