iPhone 12 Mini - apps not connecting via 5G

Hi, 

I can make calls just fine over 5G. However I cannot connect to any of my apps, for example Safari, WhatsApp, Mail, etc. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to connect to apps using this phone previously? 

Is your Mobile Data setting turned on, on your phone? You can check this by going to: Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data > Make sure the toggle is on.
