My phone got stolen I have called EE 5 times to blacklist The phone my insurance company said the phone isn’t black listed and I have also checked online and the phone is not black listed but EE said the phone is black listed I need help I don’t know what else to do

Welcome to the community.
I'm really not sure why you'd be getting told it was not blacklisted by your insurance company when our team have blocked it.
It is worth giving our team another call so they can make sure the correct IMEI has been blocked, and if it has, they can send you a proof of blacklisting document that you can give to your insurer.
