I ordered an up grade on the 4th November and still not received anything yet. I-phone 14 in midnight 125gb. I got an email on the 4th saying they had order but nothing since. I've checked my spam and had nothing

If you have not received any order tracking number then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Then you can use EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

Lastly download and register on the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
