Invalid sim

I’ve just received my replacement sim and it’s only worked for five minutes before flashing up saying it’s invalid/ failed. I’ve been without a phone for four days due to previous one not working. 😕 do I now have to wait and get another. 😕

Was this the same problem you had with the previous SIM card? 

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone?
