Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

You can refuse to believe but even the likes of staff at Apple stores themselves don’t know the specific stock they are getting in until it arrives. Apples website even doesn’t give a specific delivery day just currently stating 3-4 weeks or in some cases ‘28th Oct - 4th Nov’ which is basically the same. I doubt EE has any more info than Apple is giving themselves.

Got an email this morning - the same I received last week 😅 I understand that it’s difficult with stock but if they can stock out all Apple stores across the UK from same day - 7 day delivery, they most definitely can do it for other stores! My biggest mistake was updating my iPhone 14 with iOS26 because the battery drainage is REAL 🥲

19th 🥲 - yeah I realised they were automated after being up to date the thread! Seems like deliveries were going steady up until last week which is a shame so early on.

I’ll give it till 19th October next week, if I don’t get anything I’ll probably cancel.

I ordered on the 18th, lady one phone told me to give it another 1-3 weeks…

An old friend of mine managed an EE store from 2015-lockdown (now a copper, ew) - he told me they get told as much as the customers get told. Customer service, in-store staff, etc get almost no information. I do find it completely believable that they get sent to EE in waves in unspecified amounts as and when.

with that in mind, EE communicate as much as needed. They cant update you with something when there’s nothing to update you with.

Caved in the end and went to my local Apple Store. Got my 17PM Cosmic Orange 256gb no problem and cheaper monthly than through EE! 

cancelled my order just now, broadband offered, a new model offered, new cheaper monthly line offered …. Eventually I was able to cancel my order!

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on with the I Phone 17 Pro Max pre orders! I placed my order on the 14/09/25 and have only received my initial order confirmed email nothing since I would just like an update as I know the phones are in demand but it says 28 days and I’ve been waiting 28 days now with no more updates to where my device is ?

I ordered mine on the 25th and have got the same email as you. Went into store and they have said 28 days from order.

Yeah I did the same went in store and they said 28 days but it’s been 28 days since I ordered today and I’ve still not had any further updates
