This might help some people! If you get told your order is ‘on track’ it means it will be delivered within the 28 days of your order date. Guaranteed Apprently!

I dont think that is the case, im on day 28 had every 'on track' email. Still no sign of the phone sadly

Ordered on the 16th of September the silver pro max as within 28 days would be tomorrow delivery. Spoke to someone on 150 today and said they're still doing orders from the 12th so i have no idea what's going on at this point. I can’t see myself getting it for another week or two.

I've contacted them today just to be told the same thing, wait a further 7days

I messaged them on 7th October this is what they said 

EE-Thank you so much I have checked your device will be delivered to you in 28 days and if you wanted to have broadband with us you will get £20 off on your deal.

Me - No thank you I already have broadband so don’t really want to be changing it & how come it’s another 28 days? I’ve already been waiting 18 days should be getting delivered next week? As when I ordered it stated expect dispatch in 28 days

EE- Yes so I would request you to please wait and you will get the device as soon as possible . You just have to wait 10 days more as you have completed 18 days

Me- But you just said I have to wait 28 days I’m confused is it 10 days or 28 days

EE -I can understand that but as you have waited for 18 days so now you have to wait for 10 days more .

Hi can i ask which model, memory and colour you have? Ordered mine a couple of days after you so hoping i get it this week although its dependent on model memory and colour so hoping you ordered the same as me as should mean mines not far behind

Right guys, I initially ordered an orange 17 pro max 256gb on the 16th last month just to be delivered an empty box last Thursday with tampered seals…

had a rough couple of days with EE going back and fourth after they initially rejected my claim for whatever reason BUT they finally reordered me another one today. 

have the orders been going steady? Or am I meant to wait another month for my order? Which I really would want to avoid especially after what I’ve been through..

Well I ordered on the 18th sept and they told me last week it’s another 1-3 weeks as they haven’t fulfilled 12th yet…
