I ordered mine Wednesday night ive just called them as im the same nothibg yoik upfront payment straight away ive not heard anything yet no reference number nothing.

im so annoyed as call centre said re order see what happens. How about they find my order and give me the details. So ***** off

was moving from o2 due to **** services but im rethinking my decision now

I will say normally ee are fantastic, I haven’t ordered a phone from them for a few years though so I have no idea how it works now. Last time it was with me in a couple days but to not get any info at all is weird. I’d stick with ee though, I’d never dream of going anywhere else ee have treat me well 🙂
