I agree! An absolute joke of a service I’ve been waiting 3 weeks when originally I was told 5 days. I’ve called it and left EE **bleep** company, move to VODA they’re giving same day dispatch forget EE

Every network is the in the same boat, supply isn't there to meet the demand, this is an Apple issue and not the networks. Most are quoting 3 to 4 weeks for delivery on certain models.

It is starting to become ridiculous, I can pick one up from the Apple Store next day but not the point

My friend ordered on the 16th, still nothing. I ordered on the 18th and they told me last week another 1-3 weeks wait…

I made my pre-order on 15.09 for Pro Max Silver 256GB.

On 22.09 I got the ‘order is on track. Then I got ‘your order is coming soon’ on 29.09, followed by ‘your order is on track’ again on 06.10. I then got the email ‘Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date’ on 07.10 and heard nothing since. 

These updates seem to mean nothing to be honest. I am based in the North East wondering if there is any stock for Apple up here but it seems like even Apple don’t have this phone in their stores yet.

Won’t be doing this again that’s for sure, it’s absolutely not worth the stress (coupled with getting constant reminders to return my old phone by 16.10 or else lose the discount - and having to wait each time for 45 mins on hold to EE to confirm this is in fact not the case?!)

Having scanned this thread, I feel like I know some of you. Same boat style. 

In any event. 17 PM orange ordered 5 Oct. Just today got a “your order is on track” update. Anyone have any idea what this means? I’m leaving the country at the start of Nov, feel like it will be a close one. Any experiences or thoughts are appreciated.

I ordered on the 18th sept, rang last week and they said may be another 1-3 weeks…

doesn’t even look like they’ve fulfilled 13th/14th/15th yet…

This might help some people! If you get told your order is ‘on track’ it means it will be delivered within the 28 days of your order date. Guaranteed Apprently!

I dont think that is the case, im on day 28 had every 'on track' email. Still no sign of the phone sadly
