Don’t buy the new Apple Watch from EE! No stock and awful service!

So….. 

ordered the series 8 pre launch day and I didn’t arrive… waited and waited but in the end I cancelled the order. 

Phoned up yesterday and asked upgrades what was in stock???? I got told the ultra was in stock and available for next day delivery. Paid the upfront cost for the watch and £9.95 for next day delivery….. 

guess what? The watch didn’t arrive! Just spoke to customer services and there’s no stock with expected delivery 21 days! Yet yesterday they had stock and promised it would be with me. 

I’ve cancelled the order and am giving up ordering the new watch.

I’ve ordered mine through O2 and it’s coming tomorrow. Just had the email saying it’s been despatched. Phoned EE to part company and the contract has come to an end. So happy!

Looking at the apple website the earliest they will deliver the Ultra is between 2nd and 9th November and Im sure their stock comes first before EE

John Lewis still have some in stock for next day delivery!
