Apple IPhone 17 pro max 28 days despite me pre ordering!!

Hi,

I preordered the iPhone 17 pro max on orange and logged in at 1pm on the Friday 12 th September.

due to app crashing I finally managed to order at 1.30pm and everything confirmed.  I waited a week until release day and heard nothing.  I followed the instructions but still heard nothing.

i called today and was told as I never ordered until just Monday it would now take 28days!! I also waiting 35mins to get through.

service is pretty shocking ! Despite seeing everywhere else that it’s in stock

Same, I ordered iPhone 17pro max at 1.30 the day it was out for pre order, nothing happened a week later, called today after waiting 35 mins and told it was now 28 days.  Advised it was first come first served, I explained in ordered on the Friday release date, logged complaint also

 Same problem and i have contacted them as well and sadly they don't have any update either.
