iPhone 16 contracts

Am I able to apply for 2 iPhone 16 contracts or only one? Me and my daughter are wanting one for Christmas but unsure how it works. Am I able to get 2 at the same time of the same device and plan??

Resolved! Two apple watch data plans with same mobile device plan.

Can I have two apple watches, each with their own mobile plans and with the same iPhone mobile plan? If so, do the watches seamlessly link when either is in use with the phone so that they accept and make calls from my mobile number?
