iPhone not coming on went to Harrow ee store said they don’t fix phones there

My wife’s iPhone will not come on has a picture on it with a lead plugging in to a computer went to ee in Harrow said they can’t fix it at that store they don’t fix phones my wife needs her phone to sign in to work can you please help
