I ordered an IPhone 15 on 6th December 2025. It is still only saying “order confirmed” on the tracking system with no indication of a dispatch date even though we are now 17 days later! It was shown as in stock when I placed the order with a 48 hour estimated dispatch. I have spoken to EE Sales and EE Customer Services who said they would investigate but still nothing has happened. This is appalling customer service by supposedly the UK’s leading communications provider.
