I upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro Max I took the same sim from my iPhone 12 Pro used it for iPhone 14 Pro Max as I have been using the same number for > 15 years . SIM card was ok no problems making and receiving calls and accessing mobile data for 7 months. When I travelled to Rome early this month I asked EE to add on data roaming, when I got to Rome I wasn’t able to access mobile data was only able to use Hotel WiFi, called EE when I got back and was told they are going to rectify the mistake a few days ago couldn’t make receive calls messages or anything only able to use WhatsApp and house WIFI please help

You'll need to contact EE CS again however try restarting your device and manually connecting to the local network.
