I have an iPhone 15 pro which I got two weeks ago. Today, whilst using the EE app, the screen went black. I've researched. The apple logo does not appear after the forced restart, I get a faint pulse from the device. Initially after I connected my device to my Mac book, I was offered an update for the device. This failed to complete and an update hasn't been offered since. Is this a problem for EE to solve or apple?

As your within 30 days of the phone you can return the phone and ask for an exchange.
You can call EE by using the number in my Signature with a different phone Or using Skype for free.
Or you can contact Apple
