I cannot select a number on my keypad when given options during a phone call so I cannot ring EE with the problem. As I can't select a number for the option I want it cuts me off. Urgent as other calls I need to make too.

Have you been able to use keypad tones before? If so, when did this problem start?
Are you in the UK or abroad?

Yes as the other day I rang EE (so was able to select the option I needed) to report that my phone was showing I had messages when I didn't. This has happened since that problem was fixed.

Samsung S24. Yes it does. Can't call EE as I have to select a number to be transferred to the appropriate department.

I will try that when I see someone otherwise I will try and get to a store tomorrow. Perhaps there should be another way to contact EE if this happens.
