hi I’ve just switched to EE and there’s two reception bars at the top of my phone is one for phone reception and one for 4/5g reception??
if anyone knows anything I’d like to know as at the moment I can’t make an out going call

@Scott841 If you have 2 reception bars showing on your device you have 2 sims active in the device. One will be a eSIM the other a physical sim.
Are you using the eSIM ? If you open settings>mobile service and scroll down to where is says EE ( left side ) does it show two active sims again one will be a eSIM
Have you restarted the device since you moved over to EE ?

4G/5G *is* your network signal.
That network signal allows voice calls, text messages & mobile data.
