Can I down load a voicemail from a blocked caller?

I have received a voicemail from a person I blocked. As they are blocked it doesn’t show in my voicemails on my iPhone, Phone screen. I just got a text to call 222. 
Can I download this another way as need to keep it, rather then trying to record on another device as it’s played?

No - you'll need to record this onto another device as you play the voicemail. I've no idea if iOS allows recording of audio directly from a call to the voice recording app, but that might be another option.

@Jest   You can do on device screen recording and this will automatically record the sound when you call the voicemail 

1. Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap. next to Screen Recording.
2. Open Control Center, tap. , then wait for the 3-second countdown.
3. start the voicemail 
4. To stop recording, open Control Center, tap. or the red status bar at the top of the screen, then tap Stop.
