I cannot receive order reference number of iPhone 15 pro

I've just finished order of iPhone 15 pro on EE website and paid 80£ for upfront.
But they didn't send me the confirm email.
Could you let me know what the problem is please? Thank you

It's likely your order wont be processed until tomorrow. Keep an eye on your spam junk folders.
There is no account access on these forums and therefore if you require more information then call EE CS.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thank you so much for your kindness. Btw I've checked all spam mails but I was not able to find. Does that you told me that the order won't be processed until tomorrow something wrong happened while the process was going? Or is there a possibility that the parcel would come tomorrow or in two days? Thank you again 🙂
