Hey,
I ordered an IPhone 17 - 256GB - White on 31/03/2026 for delivery to store to pickup
I received the order confirmation that everything had gone through at 10:56 AM
It said that my phone would be dispatched within 1-2 working days - And a bit of research shows that people that have done this can generally receive their phone about 3 days after ordering
I haven’t received any updates on anything and whenever I try to track the order it throws up and error asking me to input my order reference and either email address or phone number again - I’ve tried countless different ways - I was really hoping to have the phone by Saturday at the latest - And the roughly 3 day wait time is why I chose EE - That and they had a really good deal on

Alternatively you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I spoke to the store yesterday and they said it should arrive either yesterday or today but I’m yet to hear anything else

This sounds like things are moving in the right direction, and when checking out stock for this model there doesn't look to be any delays.
I would recommend double checking your emails, including spam and junk, as occasionally we will contact you to advise we need further details to complete an order.
If that all looks good though, this should be with you very soon, and you can double check dispatch with our customer care team; just ask to speak with web sales.
