Are you connecting to the correct network and using the correct password.
Do you receive any error messages.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I only had ee broadband set up yesterday, I received the chromebook free from Samsung, it's not been connected to anything yet, it just goes to the cookies options page, reject and accept are highlighted black, the manage cookies is white, I click on and nothing happens. I can't get off this page at all. My connection signal says weak, but it works well on my TV and phone, so it can't be the Internet connection. I've turned the hub off and chromebook but it's exactly the same. Thank-you for replying.

Are you getting this cookies option when trying to set up the WiFi or is this when trying to browse when already connected?
