Hello,
After inputting the IMEI number of my Pixel 4a onto google's website, apparently its eligible for a free battery replacement. Only EE stores are listed as places I can take it to have this carried out.
However I did not buy the phone from EE, and its also out of its warranty period, which I discovered by entering the serial number into google's 'Warranty Helper' page.
Is the phone actually eligible for a free battery replacement with EE, despite being out of warranty and not originally purchased from EE?
Thanks

Hi @mca3
Welcome to the Community!
I've found a handy page online about authorised repairs and contact information for Google, so if things aren't clear I would advise reaching out to them directly.
You're also very welcome to speak to the suggested EE store to see if the team can offer further support and advice.
