I need urgently activate my sim please.  Due to your system doesn't work that why I have loss my shift

@Muddin68  SIM cards can take up to 24h to activate.  Have you tried restarting the device a few times as this does help the network see the sim.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What's the reason for having a new SIM? Was this a lost/stolen replacement? Or a new connection?
