Hi there, I want to buy the galaxy watch ultra for the offer of 13.50 for 6 months, but I'm unable to purchase it. Phoned 150 and they can't get the offer on my account either. I'm not in contract, just have an esim for an older watch that I pay monthly for. How can I resolve this? Many thanks.

Hi Leanne,
After several phone calls saying "it's for new customers only" and not being able to find the watch at all, I eventually managed to speak to someone who not only knew the offer, they also knew that there was a glitch in the system due to the flexipay contract I was on. Is now being sorted. Whilst I'm happy that this is being rectified, I'm saddened to find it took several attempts with the EE team to actually identify the problem.
