Have a handset that I've tried unlocking but has been blocked after too many failed attempts with the phone unlock code.
An assistant in an EE branch told me that I'd have to contact EE by phone to have the handset unblocked. Spoke to EE on the phone and was just given the same phone unlock code again and was told it should work again - it doesn't. I have the same "security block" message.
Where do I go form here?

Hello @SAE85
Retrieve the device lock code which EE gave you. It should be 16 numbers in length.
Enter the last 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).
Once you get past that screen, enter the first 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).
You should now be able to access the contents of your phone.
Restart your phone.
