My Samsung A13 screen has gone black. At first the display was coming and going but now it is black permanently and is completely unusable. It still receives calls and I can hear all the usual notifications but I cannot access anything to answer the calls/read texts etc. I am currently 17 months into a 24 month contract. If this is repairable will this be covered under warranty? And if so, how should I go about this? My local EE store carries out repairs - should I take it there, or does it have to be repaired by Samsung? Many thanks.
