Hi, the Santander mobile banking app no longer works on my phone when using the EE mobile network. When I use WiFi or another mobile network it works perfectly but when on the EE mobile network it keeps giving me an error message. This used to work for me no problem up until a couple of months ago and I've not been able to resolve the issue since. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I’ve tried off and on, I’ve tried updating phone. I mean I have an iPhone 14.. it should definitely work. It’s affecting me emotionally. I’m now left with no network at home and my contract with three is going to get cut off and I can’t find a reliable network .

Is it just the banking app that you're having problems with? Are you getting a certain error message?
